Calendula officinalis

Plant with a compact habit producing pretty edible flowers with the charm of yesteryear! These long stems make it ideal as a cut flower. Superb variety of calendula, pastel pink and yellow in color with dark red reflections in the background. Developed and stabilized by Frank Morton, from the Flashback series. Calendula is appreciated for its antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and healing properties in the manufacture of balm, tincture or oily macerate.

Direct sowing in autumn or early spring, 5 mm deep, spaced 30 cm apart. Or sow indoors 3-4 weeks before the last frosts, acclimatize and transplant after the last risk of frost.

Our seeds are reproducible. You can preserve them and share them around you.

Heirloom and open-pollinated varieties grown naturally in the garden.

Let's take care of life, one seed at a time!
