A pink beefsteak tomato, perfect for sandwiches.

What I like about Mallee Rose is the juicy texture and balanced flavor of its pink tomatoes. The sweetness is present without dominating, while the acidity remains subtle. Its moderate aromas complement the juicy flesh. The fruits are an ideal size for slicing and adding to sandwiches.

Its compact, productive plant reaches approximately 1 m in height and has regular and rugose foliage.

Mallee Rose was developed as part of the Dwarf Tomato Project, a collaborative initiative to develop dwarf tomato varieties involving Craig LeHoullier.

Every variety has its own personality. The best tomato isn’t the one that everyone likes, but the one that finds its place in your garden, your kitchen, and your habits.

You can share its seeds within your community: our seeds are reproducible.
