Tasmanian Chocolate Dwarf Tomato
Dwarf variety with a height of one metre to 1.20 m. with regular 'rough' foliage. Fruits of 120 to 300 grammes, have a mild and balanced flavor, mahogany red color. Developed as part of the 'Dwarf Tomato project'. A cross between New Big Dwarf and Paul Robeson made by Patrina Nuske Small, named by Linda Reid of Tasmania. Contributors to the development of the variety: Craig LeHoullier, Lee Newman, Greg Fee, Michael Volk, Tim McElroy, Howard Kushner, Paul Fish and Bill Minkey. 75 days.
Sow indoors, 5mm deep, 6-8 weeks before the last frost. Transplant. Gradually acclimatize outdoors, before transplanting, when all risk of frost has passed. Also suitable for growing in 10 to 12 liters pots.
