An early-season pink tomato with a mild, balanced flavor.

What stands out to me about Yukon Quest is that it starts producing early in the season and remains productive throughout the season. Its medium-sized pink tomatoes have a mild, balanced flavor, with sweetness that is present without dominating and subtle acidity. Its delicate aromas make for a gentle tasting experience without being bland.

Its early, dwarf plant reaches approximately 1 m in height and has regular, rugose-type foliage.

Yukon Quest was developed as part of the Dwarf Tomato Project. It originated from a cross between Budai Torpe and Black from Tula, made by Patrina Nuske Small. Susan Bailey found and named the variety from a selection by Richard Allen.

Every variety has its own personality. The best tomato isn’t the one that everyone likes, but the one that finds its place in your garden, your kitchen, and your habits.

You can share its seeds within your community: our seeds are reproducible.
