The Tasmanian Chocolate Dwarf tomato is a dwarf variety from the famous Dwarf Tomato Project, created to develop compact tomatoes with exceptional flavors.

The plant reaches 1 to 1.20 m in height and has dense rugose-type foliage, ideal for growing in pots, containers, or small gardens.

Its slightly flattened round fruits, weighing 120 to 300 g, display a beautiful mahogany red-brown color. Their rich and juicy flesh offers a sweet, balanced, and complex flavor, typical of the best dark tomatoes.

It comes from a cross between New Big Dwarf and Paul Robeson, carried out by Patrina Nuske Small and named by Linda Reid in Tasmania. Productive and easy to grow, the Tasmanian Chocolate Dwarf tomato is ideal for gardeners looking for a flavorful tomato suitable for limited spaces. 75 days.

Sow indoors, 5mm deep, 6-8 weeks before the last frost. Transplant. Gradually acclimatize outdoors, before transplanting, when all risk of frost has passed. Also suitable for growing in 10 to 12 liters pots.
