The Thunder Mountain Longhorn pepper is a spectacular variety originating from the Leigongshan Mountains in China. Known for its exceptionally long fruits, it produces slender peppers that can reach 30 cm in length and up to 50 cm under ideal conditions.

The compact and vigorous plant grows to about 70 cm in height and stands out for its exceptional productivity, continuously producing numerous peppers throughout the season.

With a heat level of around 30,000 Scoville units, this pepper offers a noticeable spiciness accompanied by a rich and complex flavor. It is particularly appreciated for dehydration, making chili powder or flakes, which further concentrate its aromas.

Original and decorative, the Thunder Mountain Longhorn is as impressive in the garden as it is on the plate. An ideal variety for gardeners and spicy food enthusiasts wishing to grow a unique pepper.
